Position: B Shift Finisher Associate

We are actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a B Shift Finisher Associate. In this key role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including manually punching parts out, running a laminator to apply an overlam or adhesive on sheets, and potentially operating a string machine, grommeter, or a taper. Your good dexterity and attention to detail are crucial for ensuring the quality and precision of the finishing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Finishing Processes:

• Manually punch parts out with precision.
• Operate a laminator to apply overlams or adhesive on sheets.
• Potentially run a string machine, grommeter, or a taper.

Efficient and Detail-Oriented Tasks:

• Demonstrate good dexterity in performing various finishing tasks.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail to uphold product quality and consistency.

Operating and Maintaining Equipment:

• Set up, run, and perform basic maintenance on finishing machinery.
• Troubleshoot and address operational issues promptly.

Willingness to Learn:

• Display a proactive attitude towards learning new finishing techniques.
• Stay updated on industry advancements related to finishing processes.
• Participate in training sessions for personal and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a finisher associate or in a related field is preferred.
• Technical proficiency in finishing machinery operation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions and finishing schedules.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing 30 - 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods and perform tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Shift/Pay:

• 2:30 PM - 1 AM, Mon. - Thurs.
• Candidates MUST Train on Day Shift for 1 - 2 Weeks.
• $15 - $16 an Hour, Base (+ 10% Shift Differential Once Trained)
