Backup care is needed intermittently on Monday-Friday from 3pm-6pm. Mom will be in the home during this time, and the family can provide a 24 hour notice prior to when backup care is needed. The child enjoys running around, and the family working on potty training and focuses on little-to-no screen time. Those applying do not need to be available for all of the family's backup care requests, but should understand that there are no guaranteed weekly hours for this position. A great candidate will be engaging, flexible, and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with the child
• Facilitating nap times for child (5pm)

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of paid professional toddler care experience
• CPR certified or willing to become certified
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to provide at least 2 professional childcare references, or references that collectively cover at least two years of professional childcare experience, whichever is greater
• Must be able to successfully clear a background and social media check

Compensation:This position pays $20 per hour, and the family is looking for intermittent care.
