Required Skills:

Daily responsibilities:
1. Assist CMS with all aspects of front-end background investigation processing for the CMS population.
2. Enter data into CMS processing systems including but not limited to; The Case Management System, Security Manger, IDMS, SCMS, and the Enterprise User Administration (EUA) Front-End Interface (EFI).
3. Enter data into the e-QIP system for processing from initiation to completion for the CMS population, including conducting a quality review of the information submitted and communicating with the customer, in-person, by email, and/or phone, to ensure proper completion of the e-QIP.
4. Access the DCSA CVS/PIPS database to review customer's prior investigation information, screen-shot the case and adjudication status in order to update and upload into the customer's Security Manager profile and provide to Federal Personnel Security Specialists for further review.
5. Ensure Foreign National customers present documents that provide Federal work authorization to upload into Security Manager and to provide the work authorization expiration date for credential processing.
