1. Assists in the preparation and service of meals and nourishments. 2. Performs daily tasks in accordance with current federal, state, local standards, the facility's established policies and procedures as directed by the dietary supervisory staff. 3. Maintains high standards in quality of food products, food service, food delivery, safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene in work performance. 4. Uses standardized recipes based on standard portion size to prepare required amounts of food and control serving portions. 5. Maintain resident's dignity, respect their rights, and hold in confidence resident communications and records. 6.Performs other duties as assigned.
