• Pan-Up, Proofing, Scoring, Baking & Finishing All Products to the Highest Company StandardÂ
• Evaluate All Finished Products With the Team
• Maintain Cleanliness Standards of the Bakers AreaÂ
• Manage the Flow/Time Line Accordingly
• Communicate Product Quality & Equipment IssuesÂ
