This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Job tasks may vary from day to day depending on production needs.
- Produces quality breads, pastries, mixes, and doughs
- Ability to follow directions and procedures.
- Meets outlined production standard goals.
- Understands uses and safety protocols of all equipment on production floor.
- Communicates critical information clearly and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the bakery production industry.
- Reliable transportation.
- Computer Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Work Schedule Flexibility – Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Working knowledge of and ability to speak and understand English
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts regularly

Wage Range:$20.00-$26.00/hour, DOE
