Job Title: Bakery Quality Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Cake Decorator, working the 1st shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Saturday with every Sunday off and an additional rotating day off (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday). In this role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of product quality. You will ensure the cleanliness and proper sanitation of the bakery area and equipment, adhere to safety and security procedures, and provide exceptional customer service. Your expertise in cake decorating and ability to work under tight deadlines will be highly valued as you assist across various departments as needed.

Hard Skills

+ 2-10 years of cake decorating experience

+ Minimum 1-2 years of experience within a bakery or food manufacturing environment

+ Experience with quality control in a food manufacturing environment

+ Food handling experience

Soft Skills

+ Ability to work under deadlines

+ Adherence to safety and security procedures

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Flexibility to assist in other departments

Work Environment

Food manufacturing facility with multiple production lines, each dedicated to different products based on daily order demands. The environment includes large mixers and ovens. Regular cleaning and sanitation of equipment, following strict GMP guidelines, are essential parts of the role.
