Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEileen's Special Cheesecake is seeking a Full-Time Shift Leader to help lead the front of house operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to utilize their previous experience working with a team of 5+ people, for a long-term career. Excellent leadership and organizational skills along with a passion for Cheesecake a must! Specifically responsible for maintaining the work flow and coaching counter attendants on compliance; SOP's; POS and Cash Transactions; Complete Open and Close Checklists; maintain merchandising and displays in FOH; Collaborate with Management to develop an efficient and effective Front of House Schedule. Primary Responsibilities:o Working Sundays and Monday's are a must.o Possess or obtain Food handler's license (within 6 weeks of employment)o Check Register & change drawer for bank accuracyo Basic administrative duties; emails, phone calls, voicemail, maintaining excel spreadsheets.o Order management; taking/ processing wholesale orders, organizing the day's and future orders, processing shipping orders.o Monitor and update online ordering platforms to reflect product availability. o Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the principles and standards of Eileen's Special Cheesecake.o Coach employees in service, quality, appearance of facility, sanitation and cleanliness, while maintaining a positive, productive working environment.o Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation to ensure that items are prepared and presented to standard.o Ensure compliance with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the employees, and guests.o Resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.o Perform food preparation or service tasks, such as decorating and packaging cakes, and serving food and drinks..o Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.o Light ordering and inventory management
