To do this, we rely on our passionate and dedicated staff at all levels. At the Hawthorns **Northampton**, located in Northampton, we currently seek dedicated, enthusiastic and committed team players to join us as Concierge. The Hawthorns Northampton provides a unique mix of independent living alongside residential care in a high quality and lively environment.

**The key responsibilities of our Night Concierge include:**

* To maintain a safe and secure environment and to report areas/issues of concern.

* Movement of furniture in preparation for all regular and major functions and residents activities.

* Monitor access to the site.

* Secure all entrances and all buildings at the end of each day.

* Undertake regular security patrols of the site as directed.

* Answer the main telephone for the site and direct calls to the right extension, take messages and pass on.

* To ensure compliance with all fire, health & safety regulations.

* Carry out cleaning duties such as Hoovering, Polishing, Carpet Cleaning and use of roller ironing machine.

* Answering of any alarm calls during your working hours and informing managers in the morning of any issues that have occurred.
