Bank Specialist duties: Answers service and referral calls and responds to customer questions and assists with service transactions. Verifies that daily proofs and reconciliations are compliant with corporate accounting and control policies. Validates accuracy of payments, tickets and online entries. Provides solutions to customer, branch or bank inquiries and escalates issues as necessary. Considers multiple resources and records when investigating customer inquiries. Enters transactions into and balances general ledger accounts. Ensures work is properly safeguarded and controlled in accordance with banking policies and procedures
