Banking Customer Services Representative - Prodware Solutions : Job Details

We have a 100% remote opportunity for a Banking Customer Services Representative.

We are looking for someone who has worked in a Bank (Recent Bank Experience)

Need to have good exposure to Banking Products

Should be comfortable taking in-coming calls from members, customers and resolve their banking queries.

Shift Hours - 8:00 - 5:00 EST/10:00-7:00 EST.

Should be comfortable working East Coast Hours.
