The Role:

In this role, you will work on a broad range of finance matters, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, and other complex lending transactions. Requirements:

• 1-4 years of post-qualification experience in banking and finance, ideally from a top-tier firm
• Admitted to the New York Bar
• Strong experience in leveraged and acquisition finance
• Exceptional analytical and drafting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
