Banquet ServerWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for setting up and breaking down event spaces, serving guests during events, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests throughout the event.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
• Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.
• Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
• Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.
• Actively participates in the set up of banquet rooms and service of food and beverage to guests.
• Displays awareness and compliance with hotels security, safety, emergency and energy procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• The ability to provide an excellent level of customer service, even in stressful situations.
• Willingness to work long hours, irregular shifts, and on weekends and holidays.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Restaurant or event experience preferred
