About The Role

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Supporting Servers:

* Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.

* Refill water glasses and other beverages as needed.

* Clear dishes and reset tables promptly between courses.

2. Maintaining Cleanliness:

* Keep dining areas clean and organized throughout service.

* Ensure tables are properly set with clean utensils, glassware, and napkins.

* Regularly check and maintain cleanliness in server stations, refilling supplies as needed.

3. Customer Interaction:

* Greet guests warmly and assist with seating when necessary.

* Address guest requests and concerns promptly, informing the server or manager as needed.

4. Supporting the Kitchen:

* Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.

* Assist in running food from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring correct order delivery.

* Alert servers or kitchen staff to any issues with food quality or presentation.

5. Assisting with Closing Duties:

* Help with the breakdown and clean-up of dining areas at the end of shifts.

* Assist in restocking server stations and preparing the restaurant for the next service.

* Perform side work as assigned
