Creates a quality experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Mixes and serves hot and cold coffee, tea and blended drinks to patrons of the coffee kiosk by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with our guests and fellow associates. Responsible for taking drink orders from guest. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep kiosk operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team. Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Communicates information to supervisor so they can respond as necessary.
