Microbiologist TechnicianWe are pleased to recruit for a company whose corporate purpose is to create chemistry for a sustainable future and has been doing so for 150 years. Our client is expanding and seeking a Microbiologist Technician in East Setauket, NY. Responsibilities:

• Perform microbiological testing of raw materials and/or formulations in personal and Home care applications.
• Conversant with microbial counts.
• Media preparation/dilutions, review/update micro related SOPs.

Requirements:

• Experience in using either oral care, skin care or home care pathogens.
• Previous exposure to biological techniques.

Must have a valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property. Education: Bachelors DegreeLocation: East Setauket, NY (Long Island) 11733Pay Rate: The pay range for this position is $29.00 30.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
