Batch Mixer Operator - Cargill : Job Details

Job Purpose and Impact The Batch Mixer Operator will combine ingredients and operate equipment to mix product batches following specified guidelines. This role requires maximizing throughput and producing quality product while adhering to food safety and regulatory policies.

Principal Accountabilities

• Transport ground product from grinding area to stuffer machine once qualified as a PIT driver
• Ensure correct loading of product onto trays and availability of trays at tray-loader
• Transport and dump rework
• Inspect product periodically to ensure specifications are met
• Box and/or stack product if automated system is not operating

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to meet medical requirements similar to those of obtaining a driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Cargill experience
• Work history in the past 12 months
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction) preferred
