Batching Operator I - Post Consumer Brands, Llc : Job Details

This position is responsible for prepping, batching, mixing, and grinding the dry ingredients for the extrusion department as well as monitoring and recording of all inbound bulk raw materials that help us to make our pet food. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operate and understand batching and grinding equipment using WEM automation operating system. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, Hammer Mills, Bulk Mixer, Weigh Scales, and Mill Elevators and drags. Fix or diagnose any mechanical problems with batching equipment; escalate to the Maintenance department, if necessary. Give clear communication and direction to several departments including, but not limited to: Material Handlers, Truck Drivers, Micro-ingredient Warehouse personnel, feed mill personnel, Extrusion Operators, and Maintenance department personnel.
