Job Description :

The Battery Pack Assembly Engineer will support the Engineering group in launching new model products. This role involves developing, configuring, and validating assembly equipment, ensuring seamless integration into production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the battery pack assembly development process from concept to production.
• Develop fabrication equipment for vendor manufacturing.
• Configure and optimize equipment, conveyors, and logistics for battery pack assembly.
• Monitor and track equipment fabrication and validation to meet quality and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with assembly processes, body weld equipment, and robotics for 3D automation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Mid-level experience in developing fabrication equipment.
• Strong team collaboration and installation planning skills.
• Experience in equipment setup (boxes, operational requirements).
• Background in design and technical drawings for manufacturing.
• Project tracking and program management experience.
• Knowledge of control panels and final assembly engineering.
• Experience with CATIA V5 is a plus.
