Part-Time Remote BCBA Opportunity– Help Build and Shape Springboard ABA!

Are you aBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)looking for a unique opportunity to guide and develop a growing ABA practice? Springboard ABA, based in Little Rock Arkansas, is seeking an experienced BCBA to workpart-timeon anhourly basisto help us structure and build out the clinical side of our organization.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating systems, mentoring teams, and making a lasting impact on the foundation of a growing company.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with leadership todesign and implement clinical workflowsand procedures.
• Provide guidance ontreatment planning, assessments, and documentation standards.
• Help establishsupervision and training protocolsfor future clinical staff.
• Offer expert advice oncomplianceandbest practicesin ABA therapy.
• Worka few hours per week, remotely.

What We're Looking For:

• Alicensed BCBAwith a strong background in clinical leadership and ABA practices.
• Experience inbuilding or scaling ABA servicesis a plus.
• Someone with a passion for mentorship and creating impactful systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a growing team.
