• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and design personalized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists (RBTs) to deliver effective therapy.

• Current BCBA Certification (required).
• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience providing in-home ABA services (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
