Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Houston. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral analysis and support to clients with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Current BCBA certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in clinical or educational settings preferred
