Making everlasting changes to the client's, families, andorganization's life.We offer center-based services filled with creative activities and therapeuticsupplies, as well as services in schools, homes, and community settings.Qualifications and what we look for in a candidate:BCBA Certified and in good standing with the BACBMust have experience supervising ABA programs in the home, school, orcenter-based settingsMust be open to participating in ongoing personal and professionaldevelopmentSolution focused attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentJob OverviewThe responsibilities include but are not limited to providing high-quality ABAservices to families and children diagnosed with ASD, ADD, ADHD, speech andlanguage delay, etc. Daily tasks include assessments, designing treatment plans,staff training, parent training, meeting and collaborating with other professionals,conducting clinical meetings, etc. Provide interactive and lecture-based parenttraining (in 1:1 and monthly group structure). Our motto is to make it easy, doable,and fun! Provide interactive and lecture-based staff training. Participate in dailyand quarterly staff evaluation and performance feedback sessions.As a BCBA you will:Serve as a primary or secondary supervisor on clinical cases dependent onthe clinical allocation by the Clinical DirectorWrite behavior modification and skill acquisition programsIndependently conduct assessments and write treatment reports whichinclude a parent's signature to submit to insurance by the establishedtreatment report deadlineConduct weekly or monthly parent training, both individual and groupMaintain professional certification via workshops, conferences, and trainingto gain continuing education credits to keep cert currentAttend clinical meetings with parents and/or staff, as well as attendsupervisor meetingsMaintaining relationships with families in order to best fulfill their clinicalneedsProvide supervision in home, center, and school settingsCoordinate care with other service providersConduct intake and assessment of new clientsBCBAs are expected to maintain their learner's files.
