BDC Representative - Lexus of Shreveport-Bossier City : Job Details

Lexus of Shreveport-Bossier City, a leading dealership in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BDC Representative to join our team in Bossier City, Louisiana. As a BDC Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service to support our sales team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a salary compensation package.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary with plenty of commission potentialComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance401KPaid time offOpportunities for career growth and advancement within the company5-day work week, closed on SundaysPaid TrainingFree lunch on SaturdaysResponsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner- Schedule sales appointments and manage customer follow-ups- Generate and maintain a customer database- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction- Meet and exceed set performance targets and goals- Keep track of all customer interactions and update customer records- Stay current with product knowledge and promotions- Report on customer activity and sales results to managementRequirements:-Initial phone interview is required-High school diploma or equivalent required- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role in the automotive industry preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in various computer programs and systems, including CRM systems is preferred.
