Beer & Wine Team Member - LakePoint Sports : Job Details

Beer and Wine Team Member LakePoint is seeking individuals who want to play a key role in providing excellent guest experience through our Food & Beverage department. Bartenders will operate a POS System and fulfill beer/wine orders for guests during event operations. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork, guest experience, and represent LakePoint's ethical principles. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Take guests orders at the counter/kiosk.
• Receive payments and present change to customers.
• Coordinate orders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to guests.
• Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations.
• Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.
• Conduct transactions by cash or card utilizing the POS system.
• Responsible to complete till reconciliation form before and after every shift.
• Serving guests in a responsible manner as stated in the alcohol training manual.
