Responsibilities Brentwood Hospital is looking for a dynamic Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team of professionals who are dedicated to providing help and hope to individuals and families for the achievement of improving their mental health. The BCaBA is to ensure the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for their clients on their caseload as described by the fundamental responsibilities listed below.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Adheres to professional and legal requirements, the principles of behavior analysis and demonstrates sound professional judgment at all times Collaborates with families, treatment team, and all service providers as necessary to ensure continuity of care. Develops ABA treatment plans, behavior support plans, based on the functions of the behavior and treatment methodologies that are evidence-based. Collects data, assigns and trains RBT's to collect data, before and during the implementation of the plan so that the plan's efficacy can be assessed, and data-based decisions can be made. - Education: Must have an undergraduate degree in related field, or currently pursuing MA in behavior analysis
- Experience: Experience working with children and adolescents ages 4-17 with ASD or other related disorders provided in a classroom or 1:1 setting; Inpatient, RTC, group home or other clinical setting preferred
- Licensure/Certification: BACB certification as a BCaBA
- Schedule: Determined by the Director of Clinical Services
