Our Behavior Analysts provide ABA services to those who have been diagnosed with autism, down syndrome, ADD, ADHD, and other developmental disabilities. Our center-based therapy utilizes strategies for early intervention to develop social skills, transition into a school environment, and any other life skill they need further help with. We believe in providing a loving, enriching, and supportive environment where our clients can not only develop new skills but thrive.

About the Role - Optimum is looking for ambitious Behavior Analysts who want to grow with an innovative company. Analysts at Optimum work closely with their clients and families to foster growth and happiness. Optimum provides ample support and opportunities to all team members. Optimum has three centers in Florida(Jacksonville, Palm Beach, and Broward County).

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Complete assessment and treatment plans for insurance authorizations
  • Provide supervision to ABA therapists
  • Prepare and facilitate on the job staff training/program modeling
  • Provide parent training
  • Travel to clients as needed

Qualifications -

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • Current BCBA or BCaBA certification
  • Competency writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
  • Experience with children and teens in a home or clinic setting
  • Ability to provide supervision for staff toward their 1500 hours
