The responsibilities include ensuring the quality ofindividual's behavior supports. The Behavior Analyst works collaboratively with the Clinical Director, otherBehavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide behavior services under a MissouriDepartment of Mental Health-Division of Developmental Disabilities contracted provider. Individuals served rangein age from 18-60+. This is a salaried position with some billable hours. Abilities, LLC is a residential provider with 8 homes and supporting over 25 individuals. We employ approximately100 people in the Johnson County, Missouri area. We pride ourselves on our ability to support individuals whohave challenging behaviors and medical needs. Through empathy, kindness, and patience we have been able toreduce levels of aggression, property damage, and other behaviors. ResponsibilitiesCaseload and Schedule
- Small caseload and billable requirement
- Must be available by phone and chat during regular office hours, 9 am- 5pm.
- Flexibility to communicate with staff during off hours through chat or phone.
- Participate in rotating weekend on-call crisis team
Behavior Analysis Assessment:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges, skill deficits, and environmentalfactors impacting behavior.
- Utilize various assessment tools and methods to gather relevant data.
- Analyze assessment results to develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
Behavior Intervention Planning and Implementation:
- Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings and best practices in behavioranalysis.
- Utilize evidence-based strategies and interventions to promote behavior change and skill development.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent implementation of BIPs across settings.
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Develop data collection systems to measure behavior change and progress towards treatment goals.
- Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions regarding treatment modifications.
Training & Supervision
- Provide training to Direct Support Professionals (caregivers) regularly using non-clinical language.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and other members of the team in the implementation of behaviorintervention plans.
- Supervise RBT services and ensure supervision requirements are completed and tracked.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work collaboratively with the MO Department of Mental Health and their related agencies.
- Communicate effectively with support teams regarding assessment findings, treatment progress, andrecommendations.
- Communicate and collaborate with Clinical Director regarding any need for further training of staff.
- Participate in team meetings, company trainings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Missouri
- Excellent communication and writing skills, ability to multi-task
- Prefer experience with staff training
- Prefer experience MO Department of Mental Health policies and procedures
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
