Job Description American Behavioral Solutions is searching for passionate, highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians to provide in-home and community-based ABA services for families with individuals with Autism Spectrum or related disorders.
Expectations:
- Implement treatment plan under clinical direction, supervision, and support of a BCBA to increase desired skills and to decrease challenging behaviors.
- Work in collaboration with other team members to deliver and implement early intensive behavioral intervention and skill acquisition programming.
- Provide treatment in center, daycare, home, and/or school settings.
- Provide one-to-one direct service to individuals and their families.
- Collaborate with the BCBA team to provide insight into programming changes or suggestions.
- Accurately keep records of client's progress - training provided (familiarity with Central Reach preferred).
- Collect data on treatment goals and keep in constant communication with the team on the client's progress.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in college or university (preferred).
- Possess a Registered Behavior Technician Certificate (preferred).
- Has experience with ABA and autism (a minimum of one year of experience in working with individuals with special needs is preferred).
- Reliable transportation.
- Driver's license.
- Car insurance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and be receptive to feedback.
- Ability to pass a state and federal background check.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
