Job Description American Behavioral Solutions is searching for passionate, highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians to provide in-home and community-based ABA services for families with individuals with Autism Spectrum or related disorders. Expectations:
  • Implement treatment plan under clinical direction, supervision, and support of a BCBA to increase desired skills and to decrease challenging behaviors.
  • Work in collaboration with other team members to deliver and implement early intensive behavioral intervention and skill acquisition programming.
  • Provide treatment in center, daycare, home, and/or school settings.
  • Provide one-to-one direct service to individuals and their families.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA team to provide insight into programming changes or suggestions.
  • Accurately keep records of client's progress - training provided (familiarity with Central Reach preferred).
  • Collect data on treatment goals and keep in constant communication with the team on the client's progress.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in college or university (preferred).
  • Possess a Registered Behavior Technician Certificate (preferred).
  • Has experience with ABA and autism (a minimum of one year of experience in working with individuals with special needs is preferred).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Driver's license.
  • Car insurance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and be receptive to feedback.
  • Ability to pass a state and federal background check.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • TB Skin Test
  • CPR/First Aid Certification

  • Work Location: Multiple locations
  • Hours of ABA services: 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Hours per week: 30 - 40
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday / Weekend Availability
