Job DescriptionAdelphi is seeking full-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-person services to public school students in New Jersey. The ideal candidates should Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges, utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies. NJ DOE certification. New Jersey licensure requirements. Behavior Specialist experience required. Experience providing Behavioral services for public school students. Responsibilities: provide home and school base Consultation Services, Family Training, Behavioral Support and Behavioral Therapy Services. provide home and school Behavioral Therapy, Support, Consultation, and Family Training Services. Consultation with school staff and parents. Responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, providing training and support to families, and monitoring progress. Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress notes. Attend IEP meetings and provide consultation to school personnel. Other duties as assigned by administration.
