Successful candidates will have the following:

• An associate degree
• Certification to practice in South Carolina
• Experience in a long-term care setting is helpful
• Ability to use or quickly learn Point Click Care and Casamba

Your day to day: Our PT will carry out care plans for our residents based on the physician treatment plan. You will record treatment notes and weekly progress.
