Job Description :

Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health, Norman, OK is currently recruiting for Behavioral Health Case Managers to work as part of the Mobile Response Team for Cleveland and McClain Counties. The employee will respond to calls, via tele-medicine, telephone, and in person when indicated, with persons up to age 21 as part of a team with a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. This position will provide case management, referral support and consultation/advocacy with existing supports and services for youth and children experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. This position requires availability for after hours for on-call and crisis response. Employee will receive on-call rate and generous shift differentials for after-hours work.   • Salary:

    • Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager II: $46,000.00 ($21.63/hr) plus shift differential and benefits!

    • Behavioral Health Case Manager: $41,000.00 ($19.23/hr) plus shift differential and benefits!

  • FLSA Status: Nonexempt

  • Currently recruiting for evening and overnight shifts!

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelors degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services.

  • Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelors degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field.

  • Offer of employment is conditional on becoming a certified CM II within the first 6 months of employment.
