We seek dedicated and compassionate Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals to provide high-quality mental health services to students in a mobile clinic setting. New Mexico independently licensed (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) and New Mexico non-independent licensed (LMHC, LMSW) professionals are encouraged to apply.
Scope of Work:The Clinical Supervisor will supervise non-independently licensed practitioners, Certified Peer Support Workers (PSWs), and Community Health Workers (CHWs) within WEA's operational teams, including Mobile School Health Centers and the Jail Reentry Program. The Clinical Supervisor will ensure that all supervisees meet New Mexico Counseling and Social Work statutes and standards while supporting the professional development of team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:Crisis Consultation: Be available for consultation during clinical emergencies or crises that require immediate supervisory input.
