Were proud to have been named the 2024 Best Place to Have a Baby, Best Hospital as well as receiving accolades for our Surgery Center and Womens Clinic, reflecting our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care for our patients.DescriptionFull time 1.0 FTE; Competitive salary and benefitsLicensed starting wage $80,000 a year, Unlicensed starting wage TBDLPC or LCSW encouraged to apply.Flexible work schedule, including day dedicated program development and leadership time weekly.Annual continuing education fund of $1000 available.On call responsibilities, including weekends and Holidays as assignedResponsibilitiesThe successful Behavorial Health Clinician candidate will:Collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced family practice environmentAct as a contributing member of the care team, assisting primary care providers in recognizing, treating, and managing behavioral health and biopsychosocial issuesProvide brief evidence-based interventions and use outcome-based models to track patient improvementBe available for same day warm hand-offs and consultation with primary care providersAct as a team member in helping build a successful new integrated care programConnect patients and families with resources in the communityParticipate in regular interdisciplinary group case consultations, collaborate with community partner organizations, and coordinate with external specialty care providersUtilize knowledge of the most common concerns treated in primary care (e.g., depression, anxiety, insomnia, diabetes, obesity, smoking cessation, ADHD, parent education, etc.)Qualification/Education/Requirements:Two years experience in integrated primary care setting preferredLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) in the State of Oregon, or a graduate with the ability to obtain licensure with completion of clinical hours.Ability to work independently and proactively to build a flourishing integrated care programAbility to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and patients & families through effective written and verbal professional communication skillsAbility to multitask and be flexible in dealing with interruptions, a busy schedule, and a fast-paced work environmentProficiency with electronic medical records including ability to document services in a clear, concise, and timely manner (concurrent documentation preferred)Ability to pass a background checkUp to date on all vaccinationsSpanish language speakers are preferredBenefitsMedical, Vision and Dental InsurancePTO and holiday payEmployee Referral Program401(k) RetirementLife InsuranceLong Term DisabilityEmployee DiscountsBilingual Pay Differential for eligible positionsPublic Service Loan Forgiveness for eligible positionsTuition Assistance for eligible positionsSantiam Hospital & Clinics is a drug-free workplace in accordance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 and an EEO Affirmative Action Race/Sex/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/National Origin/Veteran/Disability Employer.
