Average salary is $53,289.60 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

This position has hybrid capabilities in the Independence area.
Are you a compassionate professional looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a skilled Therapist to provide intensive, in-home clinical services to parents and children across Kansas. You'll be a key player in helping families navigate challenges and create safer, more stable environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face, in-home therapeutic services to assigned families 5-8 hours per week over 4-6 months.
- Work closely with case workers to develop treatment plans, coordinate visits, and ensure safety and permanency for children.
- Manage a caseload of 5-8 families, with accurate documentation and monthly reports.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision to refine clinical skills and maintain certification.
- Collaborate with community service providers to ensure holistic family support.
- Complete all required assessments, documentation, and reports on time.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required.
- Licensed by Kansas BSRB required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in child and family services, with knowledge of foster care populations and behavioral approaches.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency standards for vehicle use.
