Strong Verbal and Written communication skills are MUST HAVE for this role.Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.Job title: Benchsales RecruiterEducation: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc GraduateWorking hours: 9:30 AM EST to 6:30 PM ESTLocation: Virginia (Hybrid)Joining: ImmediateNote: Please don't apply if you are fresher or don't have experience in bench sales Job Description:Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client.Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.Generate, Interact and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation partners network daily.Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, and following up for interview schedules.Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.Ability to demonstrate full sales Lifecycle.Knowledge of all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generating daily reports and updating them.Evaluate candidates for the requirements based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications.Understanding their requirements and clearly articulating the resume and formatting it as required.Communicating with the consultants on a monthly Basis and updating about submission and interviews.
