Benchworker - Shaft (B)

Reporting To:

Supervisor, Machine Shop

Work Schedule:

Onsite - Murphy, NC

To be considered for Benchworker - Shaft (B), here's what you'll need to bring with you:

* High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, as well as demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

* Ability to stand and sit for 8 hours or longer

* Prior experience using machine shop gages (micrometers, indicator stands, dial calipers, etc.)

* Good eyesight and dexterity

* Proficient in general math

* Ability to use a microscope

As a Benchworker - Shaft (B) you will:

* Finish parts in Machine Shop Shaft Area by performing secondary operations such as drilling, slotting, polishing, and milling.

Salary Range Transparency:

Murphy, NC $13.45-$17.50 Hourly
