**Job Description**
Cintas is seeking a Benefits Analyst who is responsible for the day-to-day activities of health and wellness plans in the U.S. Responsibilities include vendor management, plan analysis, reporting, audits and implementation of programs; monitoring and ensuring compliance with all Federal and State laws; resolving employee and HR Manager escalated issues; facilitating the development and delivery of communications; participating in the project management of programs and initiatives; participating in discussions and implementation of new plan designs, new vendors, new programs; updating and developing Corporate Benefits policies and procedures; and others as assigned.
**Skills/Qualifications**
Required
+ Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field
+ Extensive knowledge and experience in developing and administering employee benefit plans for a large employer
+ 3+ years employee benefits experience with a large employer
+ Ability to analyze and interpret benefits policies, trends and benchmarking data
+ Knowledge of Federal laws, such as PPACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, etc.
+ Effective communication, organization and relationship building skills
+ Ability to work independently or as part of a team
+ Ability to work fast, think quick, prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a very demanding work environment
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
