Want someone local- first 90 days are onsite. then can possibly switch to hybrid.
The position is a hybrid with a focus on both compensation (50%) and employee benefits (50%).
Key skills required include strong Excel skills, technology proficiency, and experience in compensation and benefits.
The role involves benchmarking jobs and conducting benefits audits, including retirement plan audits. Knowledge of 401k, 403b, 401a, or pension plans is beneficial.

General Summary/Responsibilities:
As a Total Rewards Analyst specializing in compensation and benefits, your role involves designing, implementing, and managing employee compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing compensation data, evaluating benefit plans, developing competitive compensation structures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and providing recommendations to optimize total rewards strategies aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, you may collaborate with HR teams to communicate and educate employees about compensation and benefits packages.
Knowledge/Skills
Knowledgeable of compensation management including total rewards strategic model framework within the private and/or healthcare sectors.
In-depth knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and emerging trends in compensation and benefits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle highly confidential HR information in a professional manner.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
