The HR Department located at the Longleaf Neuro Medical Treatment Center in Wilson NC, is seeking a problem solver with a passion for providing superior customer service. Possessing expertise, compassion and patience are assets of viable candidates for this role.
The Benefits Coordinator administers the benefits program for LNMTC staff and retirees. This is a high-volume role that counsels and communicates with staff regarding benefits programs, workers' compensation, leaves of absence, open enrollment, qualifying life events, and separation. The position assists with special projects as assigned by the HR Manager. This position will be cross trained in various areas of HR and may serve as back up as needed.

Associate's degree, typically in Human Resources or relevant field from an appropriately accredited institution and 1 year of experience required; or 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; or equivalent combination or education and experience.
