About the Role

The McCoy Group is seeking a Benefits Coordinator-- Full Time Employee with a 32-hour work week to join our Human Resources team at our corporate office in Dubuque, Iowa.

Responsibilities

  • Process new hire benefits information and employee changes to benefits
  • Assist employees with benefit questions
  • Assist with Benefit Meetings
  • Administer annual Open Enrollment process
  • Administer HC360 wellness program

Qualifications

32-hour workweek with capability to work up to 40-hour workweek as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Prior human resource information system (HRIS) experience preferred. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and maintain accuracy. Knowledge of Employee benefit plans preferred. Must be a self-starter who learns quickly and retains the information they acquire. 5 years or more exceptional customer service experience preferred. 5 years of more working with confidential information preferred. Must be flexible to adapt to changing priorities on short notice. Strong math, communication, and computer skills required.

Pay range and compensation package

Wage commensurate with experience. Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance. 401K with Employer match. $50,000 company paid Life Insurance Policy.
