Job Title: Benefits Manager

Hours: 35 hour work week 9-5 EST, 1 hour for lunch

Team size: 1200 employees, 1 other person handling benefits

Interview Process: 2 rounds of interviews for an immediate start

Must Haves:

• 5+ years benefits Management experience utilizing Workday
• Strong experience managing open enrollment, including owning relationships with vendors and total rewards
• Ability to create documentation around benefits process and procedures

Preferred:

• Pilot carrier experience
• Workday implementation experience

Job Summary/Description: A leading nonprofit is looking for a benefits manager to join the team on a contract basis. Someone who has Workday experience is a must. A career focus in benefits, compensation, and total rewards is crucial. Someone who has Pilot carrier experience. The organization is currently in open enrollment so the individual will be stepping in to oversee the process. There is a need for someone who is open to documenting the benefits processes. The need is for someone who doesn't need a lot of supervision and are comfortable contacting vendors on their own.
