As a Benefits Rep, you will educate and guide both active and retired service members with final arrangement benefits customized to fit their specific needs. This role is completely remote within the US, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere and to manage your professional and personal commitments effectively. Daily responsibilities include:

• Schedule and conduct appointments with members about their private life and health insurance benefits
• Educate members on their options and fill out the corresponding enrollment paperwork
• Responding promptly to requests from policyholders such as beneficiary changes, claims, or adjustments
• Build strong working relationships with members and their families
• Commit to ongoing development of knowledge and skills through master classes and coaching calls
