This role will support the HR department's initiative to digitize and organize personnel records, ensuring a seamless transition to electronic file management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. The hiring manager is targeting candidates with 3-5 years of benefits data management from a professional services firm.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage contract worker onboarding requests, including email communications, document revisions, and tracking.
- Scan and file HR documents efficiently in the Firm's Document Management System, ensuring accurate organization and timely updates.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, assisting with various tasks to maintain smooth departmental operations.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
- At least three years of experience with digital filing systems or related tasks.
- Strong initiative, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
