Job Description :

Fully in office- flexible for remote capabilities with advance notice

Flexible working hours 7-3/ 8-4/ 9-5, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the accuracy of all benefit enrollments and provide vendors with eligibility information
  • Assists with new hire orientation benefit overview- distribute information, determine eligibility and assist employees with all benefit related issues and questions
  • Research best plans and negotiate with vendors
  • Process and administer all leave of absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA.
  • Oversee the administration of 401(k) plans and other retirement plans. This includes submitting contribution and loan files, coordinating fund transfers, and reviewing plan data.
  • Prepares accurate 401(k) compliance materials in a timely manner including but not limited to: Form 5500 filings, Summary Annual Reports and Summary Plan
  • Provide reports for allocation/billing charges.
  • Assist with other HR functions and act as back up for payroll if required

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
