#x 9; Scan, organize, and upload employee personnel and medical files into the ADP Employee Documents system Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure proper file naming and placement Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records Assist in general administrative tasks as needed Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems Experience with ADP is a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Manual dexterity for handling files and scanning documents Ability to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally Whats Next?
