Beverage Director - Birdsong : Job Details

Birdsong is a 2 Michelin starred restaurant in San Francisco, focused on American heritage cuisine by Chef Chris Bleidorn. We are looking for a Beverage Director to join our team and grow our wine program. An ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:1. Prioritizes and cares deeply for providing a great guest experience2. Passion for food, beverage, dining, and genuine hospitality3. Positive, team focused attitude4. Keen interest in being part of a growing restaurant and building upon an award winning wine list5. Create multiple wine pairings for tasting menus6. Ability to educate all staff on basic wine knowledge7. Experience with cellar and inventory management8.
