DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Cleans beverage areas in restaurant and casino bar stations. •Provides and replenishes bag-in-the-box beverage products. •Removes empty bottles and trash. •Receives all product from loading dock and stores into beverage bulk cooler. •Sweeps and mops bar and beverage service areas. •Promotes outstanding guests services on a continual basis. •Participates as a team member with bartenders, utilities, servers, supervisors and all other pertinent team members in ensuring an efficient operation. •Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations. •Anticipates needs of guests at self-service beverage stations. •Maintains knowledge of pending banquet and catering functions and prepares for those functions leading up to the events. •Banquet/Catering service; provides set-up for banquet functions, including chaffers, beverage set-ups, utensils, foodservice wares and paper products. Services the functions as needed and breaks the functions down. •Follows all C.A.R.E. guidelines to help assist with guests' responsible consumption. •Performs all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS •High school diploma or GED preferred. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. •Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems. •Must be at least 21 years of age.
