Subject to change as neededType: Facilities Department, full-time, 40-hrs per week, 12-month position under Classified Labor Agreement. Supervised by Director of Facilities and building administrator. Eligibility: High school graduate or GED (must submit copy of diploma or certificate with application or certificate of enrollment in GED program). Must have clean criminal record (no felony or multiple misdemeanors). Duties: Performs cleaning and minor maintenance for assigned building and grounds, including furnishings, to maintain in a clean, safe, attractive, and supplied state so students, staff, and the public are comfortable in using them. Qualifications: Required: Good work habits and certain physical abilities including to exert up to 60 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects; willingness to work irregular schedule, nights, and split/rotating shifts as required; good communication skills and ability to work without close supervision. Salary: Hourly rate per classified scale 2024-25, Lane 2, $18.50 (2024-25 salary scale up to $20.09 DOE after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period).
