Office Clerk Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

• Advanced customer service skills

• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of customers

• Ability to quickly get signature, print documents, assemble packet, and give driver correct info to pick up load

• Ability to quickly sort through paperwork

• Intermediate computer skills

• Google sheets and docs

• Knowledge of Google drive

• Excel

• Creating, renaming, and moving files and folders

• 10 key is a bonus

• Ability to find and mark trucks on spreadsheet as they arrive for pick up

• Basic phone skills

• Basic copy/scanner

• Bonus if bilingual - additional bonus if Spanish

• Accounts Payable experience

• Knowledge of difference between invoice and statement

• Understanding of payment terms

• Dispatching experience

• Urgency to move loads

• Highly organized

• Expert in attention to detail

Office Clerk Shift Info

• Day Shift, 8:00 am to 6:30 pm

• Monday - Friday

Office Clerk Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Clerk experience preferred

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Critical thinking skills

• Logical thinking application

• General office skills

• Able to pass a background check.

• Able to work in the US.
